After Walk Stretches

Celeste offers a quickie stretching routine to do after your walk or 10 min into your walk to warm up and stretch: -calves, -low back, -knees, both ligaments and behind the knee -thighs; quads, -low core (to help assist a tall posture) -balance. You may wish to repeat this entire sequence after you run through the poses. Enjoy and share with any crusty friends!
