Spinal Twist In Yoga

Celeste guides you through a friendly series of stretches that prepares you to deepen your spinal twist.  By gently and strongly opening up the low back, hips and hamstrings, you will be more grounded into your bum bones to lengthen into tall, rotating spinal twists.  "Grounded" means that you can lift higher in your posture as your hips can release to the floor more, giving you a longer spine.  The lengthened vertebrae will allow you to breathe more deeply and turn more easily as you twist.  The spinal twists broken down completely here provide for a deeper lengthening out of the low back.
