Yoga for Low Back & Core Strength
Celeste takes you through a series of strengthening exercises for the lower, middle and side core muscles that support your low back. When done 3x per week, or 5x per week for the enthusiast, you may see results in that first week. Core exercises support all movements of the spine including reaching high, bending to reach into the trunk of a car and holding your child. A strong core also affects confidence. When your core is more toned, your posture is taller and you tend to make more eye contact. Every person with a strong core has less back pain, and moves with more ease.
