Living the Way You Need To Be True To Yourself

This introductory workshop will reveal what true joy feels like.  Simply, joy is not happiness. It is more permanent than a fleeting emotion of happiness. The joy that you will learn is to know joy is who you are. The series reveals how true joy allows you to feel a steady sense of aliveness no matter what emotions arise in you.  You learn to rely on yourself. You will experience how this steady joy will not be reduced at any time. The steady state of joy, will develop an emotional stamina that can feel any emotion and know that joy is still alive in you. You know that all that happens in your life can be met with adaptability and clarity.  You will get to really know yourself and how you operate.

In this first workshop you will learn What makes you feel like you:

  • Environments; work, home, and creating sanctuary
  • People--finding your tribe
  • Spiritual "fitness": trusting yourself to know what you need

During this second workshop you will develop a strong sense of self. Being true to yourself means you will ask for what you need.  To ask means you will:

  • Feel an interest to fulfill your needs--not needy
  • Understand how to communicate your needs effectively
  • How to ask for support in your life from others to help you feel joy (and reach goals)
  • Stay true to your needs even when you are about to self-sabotage

In this closing workshop, you will have a strong sense of what constant joy feels like. To keep custody of your joy you will learn:

  • How to recognize (self) judgments and expectations when they arise in you
  • Steps that keep you on track
