At the heart of us all lies a power of awareness that remains untouched by the influence of worry.
We are not born worried, therefore, it is not our birthright. But, unfortunately, the disruptive force of worry does arise in our life and undermines the harmony of our relationships, health, job performance, and overall well-being. But the solution for disempowering worry and breaking free from its cycle is within reach.
In this workshop, we will learn how to use our breath, simple seated Qigong movements, meditation and mantra to transform and open the worried, anxious mind to reveal the precious pearl of awareness hidden within us. Illumined with our innate wisdom, we will be able to flow through the changes and challenges of life with clarity, ease, faith and contentment.
I've been a seeker of freedom my whole life, rebelling against anything that made me feel bound, limited, and unhappy. This led me down many paths of experience that ultimately left me disillusioned and disheartened.
Little did I know that this disillusionment was a grace, leading me to the path of yoga, becoming a yoga teacher, and eventually traveling to northern India, where I’ve spent twenty years in a specialized mastership program at the International Meditation Institute under the direct guidance of an enlightened being.
For many years I've been offering a unique synthesis of yogic knowledge and techniques to help seekers establish a strong foundation of practice for themselves, providing the answer to all seeking: the truth, freedom, and peace that lies within the heart of us all.
