We will meet in the studio to identify your needs in all areas of your fitness profile: cardio, flexibility, mobility, strength and any special needs you may have (such as exercises for Diabetes.)
Following the session, I will send you your own video to follow at home of all that we covered. You won't need to remember any moves, you can simply focus on how the movements feel. I will also follow up to make sure you are on track.
