Valentines Partner Yoga with Thai Massage

Join Celeste to learn Thai massage techniques for the neck and shoulders, hips and low back. These maneuvers will bring you so close together. Partner yoga poses are a strong and gentle way to enhance flexibility, range of motion and balance.  It's also so fun you will want to stay and keep going!
