A vigorous class dedicated to increasing your muscular strength and endurance (no dedicated cardio component). Standing strengthening poses, squats, core exercises, arm, legs and good ole booty exercises with high reps to get your heart rate up. All levels, you don’t need to be fit, as I will provide alternatives for all movements. The class is friendly, inspiring, and helps you dedicate yourself to the strengthening aspect of yoga.
